Since graduating cum laude from Florida State University, Nadine C.
Macon has concentrated her practice of law in the areas of commercial
litigation and criminal defense. She began her legal career serving as an
Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, Florida. As Lead Attorney
in numerous trials, she developed a broad scope of experience
successfully prosecuting criminal cases. Mrs. Macon prosecuted
thousands of cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies. She also
worked in specialty divisions focusing on crimes involving domestic
violence and juvenile offenders. During her tenure as a prosecutor, Mrs.
Macon volunteered in the Palm Beach County Youth Court Program to
assist in the promotion of a diversionary program to keep juveniles from
entering the juvenile justice system.
Mrs. Macon is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients
in a wide variety of commercial litigation matters pending before State
and Federal Courts, as well as the American Arbitration Association. She
has worked with a number of corporate clients ranging from middle
market to Fortune 500 companies, as well as individual clients. Mrs.
Macon represented those clients’ interests in business disputes, real estate
disputes, land use issues and landlord/tenant disputes.
Being an active member in the community is something that is very
important to Mrs. Macon. She serves as Vice-Chair of SunFest’s Risk
Management Committee and is a member in good standing with the
Florida Association of Women Lawyers. She is also a member of The
Florida Bar, the American Bar Association, and the Palm Beach County
Bar.
